We inform you that your personal data, collected through the registration application form in www.ritmonet.es, will be processed by “Productores de Música de España” (Promusicae), as data processor, in order to provide broadcasting stations with access to the website’s content.

Our members (record companies) may have access to your contact details with the only purpose of making available, through RITMONET, the music and other contents that may be of your interest. Apart from this access to your contact details by our members, your data will not be transferred to any third parties, except for the cases set out in the legislation, neither used for any purposes different from the ones for which they were collected.

This processing of your data is based on your consent, by providing us your data through the registration form and, when applicable, by the contract of provision of services that PROMUSICAE may enter with the Broadcasting entity to whom you are employed, being essential to provide you with the services described in the contract and in this Private Policy.

The data received through the contact form will be kept until you request the cancellation of your subscription and for as long as it takes to respond to possible complaints filed by the users.

The personal data that you could provide us during our contractual, professional or commercial relationship with PROMUSICAE will be treated with the purpose of keeping those relationships and to send out communications that could be of your interest. You may freely oppose the reception of such communications without this restricting our contractual, professional or commercial relationship. In order to carry out this task is possible that your data might be transferred to banking institutions and Tax administration. This processing of data is necessary in order to keep our contractual, professional or commercial relationship. Additionally we inform you that your data will be retained as long as our relationship continues and in accordance with the deadlines established by tax legislation or the deadlines set to deal with potential claims.”

You will be able to exercise your rights to access, rectify, cancel, oppose, transfer and limit the processing of your data addressing PROMUSICAE’S Legal Department, located in c/ María de Molina 39, 6, 28006, Madrid, or through the e-mail address protecciondedatos@promusicae.es including a copy of your ID, duly proving your identity. In any case, you have the right to file a complaint before Spain’s Data Protection Agency (“Agencia Española de Protección de Datos” - AEPD)
